About Our Venue

Located in Southeastern North Carolina, conveniently an hour from Wilmington and 90 minutes from the Raleigh/Durham area.

Mansion

Our mansion is 5,500 sq/ft and it includes luxurious bride and groom rooms, a honeymoon suite, a four-chair salon, a large ballroom, a sizeable dining room, and more!

Luxury Event Center

Our climate-controlled event space is 2,560 sq/ft and has a grand porch attached. Inside the event center includes a catering kitchen, bar, and two restrooms.

Outdoors

In the surrounding landscape, there are seven manicured acres allowing for multiple locations for your beautiful garden wedding.

What’s Included?

Included in your booking are the tables and chairs. There is also ample parking for any sized event.

The grounds are expertly lit with decorative lighting. Our luxury event center is professionally decorated with romantic fabric drapes, twinkle lights, and garlands.

Iclusive Package

When you purchase our inclusive package, we will take care of your set-up and clean-up, provide a golf cart shuttle, a bartender, a barback, and support staff. The package also includes their tips.

During the wedding, we will provide the table linens, place settings, glassware, a cake server, and decorative props for your wedding altar and reception space.

This package also consists of an array of non-alcoholic beverages, such as water, iced tea, and lemonade.

By choosing our Inclusive Package, you will have access to a range of upgrades, including catering, entertainment, florals, and much more!

Additional Upgrades

We love to provide everyone with a fun and memorable day at the Villa D’Amore. With our help, you can personalize your experience even more.

Our upgrades include additional decorations, a honeymoon suite, lawn games, photobooth props, or a candy buffet favor table.

Party Package

If you don’t need the entire estate for your event, you can reserve the areas of the property that works for you.

This plan is perfect for corporate events, elegant dinners, showers, and large parties. We will provide the tables and chairs, however, restrictions apply.

The Party Package can be booked Monday through Thursday. Weekend parties cannot be booked until 120 days prior to the preferred event date.

Event Pricing

For smaller events, limited areas of the estate can be rented for as low as $600. Our Basic Package starts at $2,300 and our Inclusive Package starts at $5,500.

There is a 3.5% charge added to all Credit/Debit Card Transactions.

Attendance

The mansion has a maximum capacity of 75 people, 50 people for a seated event. The luxury event center can hold 300 people for a cocktail party, 225 people for a seated event. Our garden is large enough for you to host a 500-person event.
