Peak-season includes March - June and September - December. Off-season includes January, February, July, and August. Events that fall on a holiday are included in peak-season pricing.
Included in our venue are luxury bride and groom’s rooms, a four-chair salon space, an extravagant dining room, a grand ballroom, two catering kitchens, multiple convenient restrooms, our climate-controlled event center with fabric drapes and its large porch, seven acres of lawn and garden, a 125-space parking lot, tables, chairs, and decorative lighting.
Upgrading to our Inclusive Package will include all of your set-up and clean-up, a golf cart shuttle, a bartender and barback, support staff, all decorative props for a wedding altar and reception space, linens of all colors, place settings, a cake server, glassware, water, sweet tea, lemonade, and tips for the staff. You also get access to a range of optional upgrades: a wedding planner, unlimited drinks, lunch while you’re getting ready, charcuterie during cocktail hour, an officiant, floral decorations, cake, a photobooth, a horse & buggy send off, entertainment, and catering. There is a service charge of $26/person for the Inclusive Package.
Additional upgrades include our honeymoon suite, a candy buffet table, and more decorations.
Events solely in the luxury event center, garden, or villa can be reserved Monday - Thursday; events held on Friday - Sunday cannot be booked until 120 days prior to the preferred event date. These events include table and chairs only; upgrades are available at an extra cost. Reserving the event center and garden only will cost $2,000, and reserving the first floor of the villa solely will cost $600.
Policies
Attendance
Our mansion has a maximum attendance of 50 people when sitting down, and 75 people for a cocktail. The luxury event center’s maximum attendance is 225 people when seated, and 300 people for a cocktail. Lastly, any garden event will have a maximum attendance of 500 people.
Smaller Parties
Smaller parties, such as rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, engagement parties, and showers, can only be scheduled 120 days, or less, prior to the preferred event date.
Payment Schedule
The save-the-date deposit for all plans is $2,000 and is nonrefundable. Your remaining balance will be divided between two payments; the first payment must be made 6 months prior to the event date, and the second must be paid 7 days prior to the event date.
There is a 3.5% charge on all payments made using a credit card.
